Those items in the top left represent my currently equipped permanent upgrade and one-time-use items. | The early levels are bright and cheery. | Unless you get a very good weapon later in the game, enemies can be killed only by attacking their blue parts. |

This little jerk can be killed from behind. | The control of the character is actually pretty good, including things like wall jumping. | |
Swinging the sword in mid-air. | The tar-like stuff kills you on contact. |
Kung Fu Rabbit is a 2D sidescroller with many short levels that each have 4 collectibles. In other words, it works well in short bursts but you could play it all at once if you had the time. The game controls well enough and is pretty mechanically sound. Collecting the four carrots in each level is challenging - somewhat akin to collecting the large coins in the New Super Mario Bros. games. You can use the collectibles to buy permanent (or temporary) upgrades to your character, so I thought it felt worthwhile to actually try to collect as many as I could.
Apart from the above, I'm not really sure what to say. It's a decent game with solid mechanics, but it's not particularly noteworthy or life-changing. I've sold you, haven't I?
