Toro is on the left, my avatar (with Facebook photo) is on the right. | A background image. | There is a dungeon where progressively difficult enemies need to be vanquished. You can take up to 2 friends with you to help out. |

You use in-game money to repair various landscapes. | Me and 2 friends taking on another player.
I've repaired all of the structures on the beach! | All of my friends lined up.
The quirky frog. | Another battle. | Yes! Repent! |
You repair and upgrade structures to gain in-game currency. You can use currency to increase your attack and defense.
And we all know what a competitive space that is . . . | "and needs to excrete."
Another area to repair. | You get bonuses if you defeat a lot of enemies.
Me and Toro, just chillin. | I don't know why, but Toro's facial expressions crack me up. | A friend and his comments on twitter. |
Toro's Friend Network
This game is exclusive to the PS Vita, and it's free. Toro is the mascot for PlayStation in Japan, but his image is rarely seen in the U.S. Basically, it's a game where you meet other actual people on the PlayStation Network and work together to progress through the game. In the process you add them to your friend's list. It's a fun way to meet new gamers, but it's probably not everybody's cup of tea - the actual gameplay is pretty basic and somewhat akin to those mobile games where you upgrade something so that you don't have to wait as long to upgrade something else. There are parts where you battle opponents, but it's pretty straightforward and doesn't require much skill. It's mostly about meeting new people, and for that purpose it's decent.
