This is a super quirky game that reminded me of classic Point-And-Click adventure games I played as a kid. You play as a character that has an unfortuante accident which makes a pink "spaghetti arm" come out of his head! No one else can see the extra arm, and it allows him to manipulate the environment and even read people's minds. The unique art style and sense of humor make for a good time in this short game.

This video shows some basic mechanics, like switching around stickers in the environment.

Protagonist	Protagonist floating through space	Craziest neck I've ever seen.
		You save this dude who is going to hang himself. He's upset that his girlfriend left him for someone with whiter teeth.
You take this older guy's teeth and give them to the depressed man.		Your character grows a sticky arm out of his head that no one else can see. You manipulate the environment with it.
And you can read people's minds.
How psychiatric hospital used to handle their patients . . .	The Man!
